No way you could get $250 for a old console with a 10gb hard drive. Thought all the accessories could raise it from a default ~$100 to about like $150-$200ish. Though people aren't really going to be happy with a 10gb hard drive.
Your talking about prices, this is business not gaming, you need to figure out who your gonna sell it to how much accesories are worth how much the actually 10GB hardrive is worth and how much the Xbox live account is worth if your going to sell that with the gold membership.

the 12 month xbl account is worth 30 USD (b/c the person buying it would ahve to pay another 10 bucks to change the name if needed)
the game itself is worth 30-40 dollars used.
and the cords are worth like 20 bucks max.
