I'm sure alot of people (mostly guys) underestimate the talent of some girl rock bands. Some are just as good, if not better, then guy rock bands.

One of my favorites is Paramore. Their sophmore album (Riot) includes the hit, Misery Business. I am sure that alot of you may have heard it on the radio, but that is not their only song that is good.

I just want to hear what you guys think of girl rock bands, and you should also name your favorites!

'Heart' had an incredible female singer, but I believe there were men in that group as well... still, she was the main part of the band.

Nightwish's ex-main vocalist was Tarja Turunen, her opera singing + the metal of the band was awesome.

The chick in Otep is kinda cool. And the lead vocalist of Wykked Wytch... The girl from Lacuna Coil... Umm... Midnattsol has a girl singer... I can't think of anymore than that atm.

the girl from evenesence is pretty good. i think she also sang broken w seether. amy lee right? well im not sure but if they r two different ppl then i like them both.

Yes, that is the same person. Amy Lee used to date the lead of Seether, but they broke up.
