I have cookies enabled but can't seem to get any game, but more particularly Civilizations War to save my games. I don't know what the problem could be. I use firefox with a noscript addon.
Right click the game and click settings. See how much information cache.armorgames.com stores on your computer. Try to set it to unlimited if it isn't already. Hope that helps
