Well, chacnes are they don't care about your tournament, and this is there way of saying "no".
If it got deleted once, you probably shouldn't have done it agian.
And yes. A mod is following you. Becuse thay have nothing better to do with there time then stalk you, and to keep you from reaching 1000 posts. So I suggest you Buy a can of peppersrpay, and don't travel alone...thats what any reasonable person would do.

Ah, I see what happened.
This doesn't appear to be exactly general knowledge, but the contest index is not for advertising contests. It's for updates to established contests which already have the approval of a moderator. The way we prefer people to advertise is to simply create the contest itself and advertise it on your own profile page (as I have done with my own threads.)
The "contest index" is kept by Cenere. When Cenere sees stray posts in that thread he automatically shoots to kill, so that's probably what happened >_>

The Contest Index was made due to the amount of contests in the AMW section. I can imagine the mod deleting it/the reason why it has been deleted would be because it was a contest from the Tavern, not from the AMW section, as someone mentioned. It simply did not belong there. While I saw no requirements of the contest having to be from that section, it was originally made for it:
Ok, there has recently been an uprising of sorts of contests, whether it be animation or writing, you'll find it here.
It is most likely why it is gone.
On another note, that thread is going to be unstickied soon, so it would probably not matter much if you post there or not. Whether or not it will need a successor, we will find out later.
On a third note, because Strop mixed it up: The Announcement Board is managed by me, and is for announcing new rounds of different contests that has been around for a while. It has had some troubles, basically because the people that had contest to announce didn't use it, while the people who didn't meet the requirements did. This also means it will go down as well, but will most likely be followed by another, less strict thread for the sake of both advertising new contests, and announcing the new rounds. This also means that contests with only one round would be able to be announced.
