Oh my gosh! I must describe my favorite cake! It is a chocolate truffle bomb cake!! So, the entire thing looks like a giant half sphere or well...a truffle. There is a semi hard chocolate frosting that coats the cake. Inside is a dark chocolate cake that has 2 layers of moose. One is a true milk chocolate and one is a dark chocolate. Basically...this is a chocolate lovers cake. I found it 5 years ago and have bought it for every occasion that needs a cake since. Plus, it is reasonably priced and can be bought at most Hannafords (a well known supermarket chain that is very large in the North Easter US). Awww... found memories! If only my birthday was sooner than June!
