Don't you think Titanium Man would be stronger? Iron Man uses technology, and it's limited (for example, he flies using a jetpack), so it could all depend.
But yeah, Iron Man would still win. But it would be a pretty decent fight.
Idk.. For me I don't think so. It's for various reasons.. like Iron Man can just spam him with bullets and he'd be dead in a few. Iron Man even has that target locking mechanism.. Lol
But Captain America is the original supersoldier. If say, Captain America had any intelligence at all and brought an EMP, Iron Man would be dead in 3 seconds flat.

And yeah, even if Iron Man decided to rain bullets, the shield would hold. Captain America's shield has only been broken like...3 times? Each time with near omnipotent powers. And I don't think bullets have near infinite power.

He's been referrenced a ton already. (His shield is in Iron Man and in The Incredible Hulk you can see a guy frozen with a shield). I wouldn't be surprised at all.
