At the moment, the only way we can find other users is by their posts in forums, comments and games they've uploaded but let's say you see them in a highscore and you want to talk to them about how they got it, how would you find them? You can't. Not without searching through hundreds of comments and posts. So I'm suggesting that we can search all armorgames members.

You know name: armorgames.com/user/namehere You don't know name: Too bad/forum search, hope you write something similar. Generally there is no way of finding people without knowing their username, since there is nothing listed for the search to find.
