Do you think they are "games." I don't think so. Plz discuss if they are "games" or not. If they are, why are they on armorgames? If there is a forum on this, I am sorry in advance, and you can lock this up. OKay, GO!!!!
P.S. Sorry about the Chibi Knight Forum. I couldn't find the original. Yeah... Sorry!
"I think young girls (maybe some boys too) will love dress-up 'games' and actually consider it a game. I think the classification as a game depends on your age, gender and preferences. Perhaps it is time for AG to add a Kids section where all content suitable for young children is stored. I know I would be visiting too, from time to time, albeit not for the dress-up 'games'."
Well, I am just gonna reply so I can bring this discussion back! Where are you guys?! Well, that whole kids section thing would be a good idea, cuz some games on this site aren't for the little kiddies. Someone bring it up to the people of AG!
"What I want to know is how Punk Dress Up has over 800000 views. That's just not right."
I think people choose that one, think "really, dress up games on AG", and then click on it to see. it really is a dress up game, and they give it a bad rating. Im tired, so this may be poorly written!
Nope, not games. They are games only to very young girls. Oh, and hello, I probably won't post much anyway, But I might as well say this is my 1st post. Howdy to all of y'all.
Hey guys, what about this idea? For those of us that like to play CtC-players pack I think it would be good to be able to change the armor and royalty garb to go with different centuries. The blood and sound effects could be eliminated and now you've have a history tool for the kids. I don't have a problem with a "dress up" game as long as I have a choice to A) design the costume myself and it's like a modeling time-management game. B) a battle game where you get to reenact whilst interacting.
Plus, start off by having the character semi-dressed and then the armor or gown or robe is all that's changed.
How about a dress up game where you can lose. Like, you get judged by the parparazzi. And if you lose one of the Paparazzi shoots in the face and blows your head up. So yeah, that would get a few boys playing. And as the game goes on, the paparazzi get harder and harder to impress.
Idk, just an idea for some guy who wants to make a dress up game.
Yes, in my book, games must have some sort of gameplay and some challenges.
Punk-o-matic doesn't have any real challenges or gameplay. How come that should be a game any more than a dress up "game".
It comes down to how we use game as a word. Some simulation games are just simulations and not really games per se.
A lot of times when we say game we mean video game. Sometimes board games are called games. I would consider a dress up more of a simulation than a game. But that depends on how you define the word game...
...1 a (1) : activity engaged in for diversion or amusement
Although with this definition I guess you could call a dress up game a game.
Dress up games are games else they wouldn't be called games. You can also call them time killers, time wasters, or whatever suits you best. And, they are on ArmorGames because they are games.
