You might not be able to answer this, but I've noticed how in trailers for COD games (and just about any other game) is that they show in game footage while using a flying camera to see the action from any angle. They're not limited to the character's view of things, they can see anything at any point. You know what I mean? Anyways, does anyone know a console code to do this for any COD game? Or any game period? I would really like to know.

its possible to do this in "spectator mode" on multiplayer gameplay I think. otherwise I do not know.

Free look in spectator mode.
For other games you should help yourself.

You can do this on spectator mode in COD4, but you can't do it in MW2 on the ps3...

Spectator allows you to see battle scenes like that. However, in some games there are cheat codes that turn off clipping so that you can fly around the place - according to the amount of games that have this cheat, it's probably relatively easy to do - so I wouldn't be surprised if sometimes the developers did this to take footage.
