Does anyone watch survivor? I have always watched this show, and thought it was very interesting. It is different then most TV shows. This is a thread to discuss it. If you don't watch it, here is what it is: In Survivor, the show picks 20 people who applied to be on the show. They are split into 2 tribes of 10, and are stranded on an island. Each episode is a 3-day period. There are 2 challenges each episode. One is a reward challenge, and one is an immunity challenge. If you win the reward challenge, you may get a trip somewhere on the island, you might get flint to make fire, you might get fishing gear or blankets. The immunity challenge, if you win, you stay home from tribal council. If you lose, you go to tribal council and have to vote off someone from your tribe. When there are about 10 people left, the tribes merge into one tribe. Now the challenges you compete on your own, or have captains to pick teams. The immunity challenge is always individual. But the winner of the immunity challenge gets to be safe from tribal council. THey still have to atten it, but they cannot be voted out. Each person who gets voted out goes to the jury. Once only 3 survivors are left, the jury votes for the winner or the game, the one who recieves $1,000,000. So that's survivor. Anyway, this year on survivor they are bringing out a lot of all-stars from the past 20 seasons. They split them into a heroes tribe, and a villains tribe. The heroes are put in their tribe for being good at challenge and working at camp. The villains are put in their tribe for being great strategic players.
In my opinion, we really started to see him as a conceited jerk in the previous all-star season. He was the nicest, quietest person in his first season. But he definitely started to show his true colors, and now... we can tell he has an ***hole side.
Ii think russel is gonna gete voted out pretty quickly, if the chance arises. It would seem that just playing in the previous season would be a disadvantage, 'cause everybody would know what your style is, so we'll just have to see.
And Coach is a card.
Trival council:
Coach: You know, the other guys have started calling me "Dragonslayer"
*shows clip of coach nicknaming hisself 'Dragonslayer"*
And after the auction when whats-her-face decides to go so everyone can have a family member come, his assitant coach came!
Oi, I'm feeling bad for the heroes right now. They were in the lead during the second challenge only to lose and have the villains win. Plus, you can already tell they're split down the middle with two different sides now.
I guess it is a good thing that thus far I am more of a Villains fan!! I think they have much more interesting characters on that team! I kind of wish the Heroes got rid of Amanda as opposed to Steph as I liked the Tom, Steph, Colby... alliance better.
Does anyone else think that Cerie is on the wrong team? I think she has always played a manipulative mind game (she just wasn't as obvious as people like Russel)!
