Anyone own it or torrented it? Cause if not I strongly recommend you buying it for a system (unless you think your comp can handle it >.> cause it is such an amazing game! If you do own then put stuff about it in here! I've got a lvl 50 siren and lvl 31 soldier! If you've got an amazing gun you can tell us that also!
Well it's amazing single player and also has an awesome co-op system! My cousin and I played co-op for like 8 hours a day till we beat it when I first got it xP It has online as well but I've never tried it. But I heard its fun but really cheap =/
The hunter is way overpowered. His melee damage is a lot higher than Brik's. Just spec into melee and get a gun with a good melee bonus damage. The max damage you can dish out in one blow is 99999.

But the hunter is supposed to be used as a sniper, so they don't get much close-quarters action, and when they do, it's useful to have a good defense. I was mostly gunslinger though, so I really wouldn't know how other players use it :P
i got it for the ps3... so theres none of that cheap weapon stuff you find on the pcs. Anyways basically i got a lvl 50 of everything... And Brick is definately the most tanked.. (kill bosses with one use of his berserker ability)... But i prefer using the siren. I can move alot faster that way. Plus whenever i shoot, i light every enemy on fire around me, while dazing an enemy. i got the final ability on 2 slots.
Anyways, I found borderlands pretty repetitive. Sure, it's art style is very good and it has limitless customisations for the weapons but I just found it too bland to play. It felt like an MMOFPS with a cliched storyline and dreary gameplay.
I got my level 50 sniper, with a twist in melee fighting. I can sniper crit for over 40000 damage, and melee for max damage (99999). I found that a Bloodwing (the cyber eagle) spec drive away all the fun from the game, you become a spectator of the automatic kills.

I play co-up with a level 61 hunter. I am a 61 soldier. I think the best gun is the Maliwan SMG that does the crazy fire damage, mine has a fire rate of 16.4 so it is really easy to kill anyone except Lance Pyros. I have completely beat the story mode of the secret armory but no Cromerax or Circle of Duty
