I'd say paying for xbox isn't a big deal. Pay 50 bucks for a year on xbox, then you won't have to pay again for a longgggggggg time.

and about this whole thing with the xbox vs. pc, xbox is a lot better on paper. it can get a lot more realistic, bigger screen, you can relax and lay back, you can do a LOT of stuff other than just play games.

Plus for me, a lot of desktop computers and laptops couldn't handle cod at all.

err. This has nothing to do with the first post. deal with it

Graphically? No. I don't like bigger screens anyway, bigger screens tend to have larger pixels and smaller pixels make everything more crisp.

That's because you're not spending enough money. A PC is better than a console if you've got the money. If you haven't, for hardcore gaming: Wii < 360 < PS3. But with money PC is at the top of the list.

not graphically. Just instead of using the arrow buttons on your keyboard you can use a controller that is a lot more realistic. I'm not saying it feels like a gun but...

well. i'd rather not spend 1000 bucks on a PC when I could just get a 300 dollar xbox.

I have a comcast box thing. It gives internet, tv, and phone service. I imagine it could help you connect better.

Or, you could go old school and use that cord that's probably somehwere in the house that links to the internet. I have one that resides in the attic, and conveniently, the entrance to the attic is right outside my room. Maybe, if you can find one, your PS3 has a place where you can plug a cord like that in?

lol can we plaease get back on the topic. i was thinking that maybe its not my ps3 but my connection. considering the error sais "unable to connect to host"

This may be a stupid question but have you set up your PS3 for a wireless connection and what particular wireless router are you using?

This question inspired me to actually get around to setting up my PS3 on my new wireless network though and I didn't have any issues at all.

Maybe it's your ISP, hardware or PS3 itself.

well. i'd rather not spend 1000 bucks on a PC when I could just get a 300 dollar xbox.

That not a very good argument considering how much a pc can do in comparison to an xbox. Then the xbox itself is the rip-off.

lol calm down guys. It's all opinion and you have valid points as well as I.

But I'm pretty sure we can both agree if we tried each other system out we would find them enjoyable.
