I usually only enjoy games that are rated 8 or higher. The rest seem to fall flat, but every once in awhile I find a game that's rated 7 or so that I really enjoy.
So whats your favorite flash game that's rated 8 or lower. -Why do you like the game? -Do you think it deserves the rating it has? -What do you think kept it from being a great game (like a game with a rating of 9 or higher)? -Would you recommend the game to friends?
For example: I really liked the game Detective Grimoire. I think it should be rated a solid 9 because the story and production quality. I can see that it was flawed because it was a bit repetitive, but I still think it was better than an 8. I would recommend the game for someone else to play and feel the game kind of got lost because of an initial lower rating.
Never thought of making a thread about this, but I found a few games that made me think that same question!
Allright, I'll use the 'sheet' to answer the questions:
# Whats your favorite flash game that's rated 8 or lower? Bumper Bowl!!! You can find it here!
# Why do you like the game? It's a simple game that requires a little insight (like when you play pool) and has a lot of fun trying to knock out the other teams, plus it reminded me of an old 80's arcade game-style movie where the scene was a little similar to the game's scene!
# Do you think it deserves the rating it has? No, it definitely doesn't deserve the 5.3 it has now! The game requires insight and offers a lot of fun!
# What do you think kept it from being a great game (like a game with a rating of 9 or higher)? I honestly don't know what happend with this game... Maybe it was presented on AG together with a lot of other games and got snowed under pretty quickly?
# Would you recommend the game to friends? Well... since I like it a lot, I most definitely would! In fact... I'm going to play it again right now! Thanx for the reminder! =D
