AP [Armor Points] is not really that important, it should not really be taken seriously. All you could do is be active, post sensible, non-spam comments and your AP will go up!
That would be really great if you would find a game on the internet to upload to Armor Games! That would mean it was already made by someone, but never used, but already uploaded somewhere for you to find, so... a bit of a contradiction there... :S
If you can make them, you should! That way you have the joy of getting feedback on your good work and users can enjoy your game and review it!
But seriously... if you 'need' the AP's, do what 'mrtim' says... be active in a sensible way and the AP's will come to you over time! You can't rush things and you shouldn't to be honest...
You cannot upload games that you have not developed. Unless you start developing them yourself, you will need to earn Armor Points in other ways. You should try focusing on writing merit worthy reviews to get a shot at earning points that way. Merits are worth more than uploading games.
