I have been playing arcuz for some days now but I dont understand that skill thing. I know where the shortcut slot is, and I know that Im supposed to drag the skills I want to use down there but it doesnt work. Also, there are alot of skills that I cant add any points to, do I have to level up or something to be able to do that? Every answer is highly appreciated ^^
after you drag the skills to the shortcuts, press 'I' to use the left one and 'L' for the right one, also you can press 'Q' to switch between the 2 shortcut sets (so you can have up to 4 skills on shortcut)
as for skills you cant add points to, it could be you need to lvl up as you said, the skills will tell you what lvl you need to be before adding points. (it says it on the left of the skill menu when you hover over it) also some skills require you to have a certain rank of the previous skill, it also tells you that info on the left
