I'm not new to airsoft or AG but I just wanted to share the fun of airsoft with AG. The Well R6E M4 A1 AEG would be the gun I recommend to beginners.

Do you have to have some sort of license before you can own replica looking airsoft guns?
My mate said you can own like bright green ones and stuff but not real coloured ones unless you have some license.
I bought an M4 rep and he said I wouldnt be able to use it and shouldnt get caught with it...
I own air rifles and have a shotgun license and I reckon they are abit more dangerous.. lol.
I ask here because I cannot trust him totally hah.

No, you dont need a license. and i would recommend gas, but they are the most expensive kind to maintain.

my mom won't let me have one because she is a member of "WAHV" that is women against handgun violence. lol so if she bought me a fake hand gun that would go against all that she believes in

I need higher FPS guns. all of mine are from wal-mart and I can't find anything I like on cheaperthandirt.com. I play airsoft at my church most times (ironic). The youth group made walls to put up all over the gym so it is like a maze.

I love airsoft, but paintball is more of my hobby. I like airsoft because I can sit in my room and shoot people who walk in without making a mess.

dude you have no idea how often me and my brother do this to each other. We use low FPS pistols on each other in the house and constantly have wars with the big guns in the woods behind our house. Airsoft guns have got to be one of the best inventions ever.

For all of you beginners out there I would suggest getting an electric gun. Never go with gas unless it is a pistol or a high end rifle. Don't worry about FPS so much, anything above 300 is good.

I suggest reading this for all of you out there who think that FPS is everything FPS is overrated

Anyone looking to buy and airsoft gun, parts, bbs, or accessories I suggest going to

And no, you don't need a license to airsoft

I've got a nice spring m16, not a high fire rate, but a good 320 fps. Also, mp5, 2x Ak-47, colt .45 and deagle, all low end brands though. I wanted that dragonov on airsoftgi.com thats sold out though, it looks sooooo beast.

I have a replica G3, which is for all intents and purposes, a plastic spraying machine. I go through 300 rounds within half an hour, and that's being conservative. xD

It's a good gun, durable but it's prone to jamming if you get any grass in it. It will cease to feed or fire, causing a headache in the middle of a war.

And it hurts.

I recommend it.

I recently purchased a battery operated all metal M4A1 replica.

I must say it's quite beast. It has a high fire rate and great fps for the price.

Anyone who has been in airsoft for a while should look into battery operated weapons.

I also bought a nice Colt 1911 replica. Favorite pistol ever
