There are many "Best Video Game" and "Best Console" and "Best... (<insert anything you can imagine> out there. Please make the effort to look through a few pages to find them, before making additional threads.
Also, if you have to ask for your thread not to be locked, it is probably a pretty good indication that the thread you are making not only will be locked, but shouldn't have been made in the first place.
