i just happened to be watching a mavricks game on tv for some reason and i was watch dirk....

this guy should be on a team of his own i mean for god sake everytime the ball leaves his hand in an upward motion it magically goes into the net! does this guy have some sort of norwigeon black magic thing going on??

He's only tied for 47th in the league in field goal percentage. Notable names above him: Chris Paul, LeBron James, Steve Nash, Pau Gasol, Chris Bosh, Kevin Garnett, Dwight Howard... Shaq's above him too, but since he only shoots from an arms length away, I won't bother saying he's a better shooter.

Its the way he shoots it. He falls back and releases it. And with his height it works mathmaticlly too.

Dude, he can just shoot a basket ball really well. That in now way implies black magic. *all the while hiding things that link me to the black arts*

I've seen Paul Gasol do some of those types of shots before but not as much and accurately as Dirk.

ya i know people have better stuff but it seems to me when ever the ball leaves his hand in the area of the bascket it goes in! he makes the weirdest stuff somtimes
