I have a Philips GoGear MP4 player, and I can't get movies on it, it says it can, it has a button but every time I download it says the file isn't supported or not found, or just won't play, need help.

Screen
1 1/2 inch wide.
1 1/4 inch long.
(Which seems like a legit size)

Memory/Other info

8GB
Firmware Version 4.05 /37.

Wait, you are downloading it from your MP4 player, or copy and pasting it from the computer onto the MP4 player?

I used this for my .avises

always convert to Apple TV for best quality.
