I just got a new aquarium for my room. i had an old one but it was too big to put anywhere so i had to buy a smaller one. Anyone else who likes to keep fish? Any stories about fish, anything really about aquatic pets you can post here

I'd like to see a picture of the aquarium. Also cause then I could see the colors of your fish and talk about that.

oh, well i actually don't even have fish in it yet. you have to get the tap water chemicals out first and that takes a few days.

How much does it cost UrbanKing? Just wondering cause it sounds like something from a foriegn country you ahve to have shipped to your house.

i don't think they are for aquariums cause they live pretty down there in the ocean but i just thought it would be a wicked pet to have

Is it a freshwater or saltwater tank?

my tank is freshwater. i plan on getting cheap, easy to take care of fish to start off, and as i learn more about keeping them i might get more exotic fish. I don't really feel like buying a bunch of 20 fish just to watch them die the next morning because the water wasn't the right temp.

I have 2 goldfish lol, very easy to care for and cheap to replace haha.
I want to get a piranah (small one) and I'm just wondering what I would be able to feed them if anybody has owned one. Also how easy are they to care for?

Could I feed it goldfish? or would that be seen as mean...

If you want a fish that lives for a long time, then get Beta fish. (I might of spelled that wrong I don't know)
I had one, and it lived for 3 years.

I had a fish but then when i was cleaning out the tank over the sink with a fish in a spoon, I thought the fish might need some water (i was seven at the time) so I turned on the water. The fish fell down the drain. I needed some light to see the fish and so i turned on the light which happened to be the grinder thing. Bye bye fishy!
