I'm pretty sure there was one that was something like, "When did you lose your...."

that one was pretty good.

Anyways, i dont smoke fish, or anything really, so i can notreally help in this. Though i do grill and fry, i love Tilapia (i know spelligns wrong) but what i like to do is, get some garlic powder, salt and pepper, add garlic powder lightly to one side, and salt and pep, but it on grill and do same ot other side. Delicious!

anyway I like smoked chicken , smoked beef & smoked turkey :P they are so yummy!

I have to agree. Sadly, I don't know how to smoke and we don't have a grill in my house so there aren't any recipes I know of.

Actually, you spelled tilipia correctly and spelt spellings wrong. Hehe.

I like smoked food by the way.

This just goes to show how many users blind post. I love it.

Oh, and no one does grilled meat as well as the Greeks. Seriously, the barbecue pit is a sacred temple to us.
