Yeah, well. There's ScriptFrenzy, NaNo's little brother. Same premise, but it takes place in April. And instead of 50000 words, you write 100 pages of script. It can be for a play, a film, a TV show, a comic... and it can be one work or a collection of many!
I wasn't going to do it, but I realise that Easter break is during April, which means I have a week off, and I script way faster than I write novels, so maybe I can pull it off!
WHO'S IN!!!
Note: to all participants in the WoM, unlike NaNo, this will not alter the running of the WoM.

Yet.
Warning. Strop has a lot of things to do and due to trying to avoid it, he signed up for this and is now trying to pull people down with him as he sink into the pool of deadly acid quicksand that is his duties, work and general problems.
I got the email too Strop and though...hmm....NAAAHHHH....
I could, but I don't really like scripting so I'm not going to do it. I wonder if the IRC will come alive again...
The Easter Break will be when I edit and rearrange that old novel I wrote last november. Its sitting next to me on my desk in anticipation. I want to get it done then so I can still get my free proof copy, because that will be awesome...
Hmmm... Nah. I've never written a script before and, while I'm always up for trying new things, I can't excuse attempting it in April. Then again, I do have something a really ought to script... maybe next year. Good luck everyone!
You are a fool. A fool, I tell you. It's going to be nothing but dialogue. I only have one short film script I'd like to write, but April is term papers and projects season.
