Do just what it says. Rate between 1 and 10, but rating between F- and A+ is also allowed. You can award a 11 or A++ ONLY if you think the name is TRULY perfect. I know 'Rate the above's' are overused, but isn't it nice to have one of every theme in the forums? You can also rate a F-- or a 0/10, but only if there's ABSOLUTELY [NOTHING] good about the name.
Example: EpicUsername: I can't vote yet Noober: Wow, that is fantastic! Just change this part of it and you deserve a 11! But for now... 10/10. EpicUsername: I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST NOW! BACK TO BACK POSTING IS NOT ALLOWED! This post will be ignored. And next person must rate Noober instead. tvhs: Meh, it's not that bad. You get a 5/10. tvhs: I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST NOW! DOUBLE POSTING IS NOT ALLOWED! This post will be ignored, but next poster will rate tvhs anyway. GodLikeUser: Wow. Worst. Name. EVER. Constructive critism? Just create a better name!
