Hmmm. I think there are a few. Halo Combat evolved was amazing at the time(and all other halos). Fable (and fable 2). COD 4. Final Fantasy (A fair few of them) And many more that deserve a mention, but hey! im only human.
My current favourite would have to be Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Haha.
Though the best game of all time would have to be a tie between Resident Evil 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64. Best games in life. ^_^
StarCraft best rts and it's been out for 12 years and is still in retail stores. Best wii FPS The Conduit. Best Games ever(series) Metal Gear solid, Bioshock, Tomb Raider, and Doom. I might add more if i think about what games i have played for the last 10 years....
I would say Metal Gear Solid 3 is one of my faves, because it's what got me really into shooters. Plus I still love stealth more then just blasting people's/zombies' brains out, though doing that is still pretty dang fun.
well i hope that no one forgets the old classics like perfect dark, Duke Nukem, Goldeneye, DOOM (just in the case of FPS) but otherwise Legend of Zelda OOT was great but some might argue that Majora's mask had more replay value... and there are a lot of good RTS game out there... all that comes to mind right now but we all know that there are TONS of other game types but hmmm i guess im too lazy
