So,

who would buy the iPad? If yes or no, why?

No, I have said this before, it should be called the iDud, it is a bigger more expensive touch. No flash either, so you can't play any games online. The only plus is the background isn't just black.

You'll be amazed how many buy it cause everyone else is.
Just wait and watch people start nabbing it.

I would never buy that, its just a giant iTouch that can't do anything useful.

It's one of those cool to have things on my list.

goes right under Jetpacks.

1. The Force
3. Cookie Clothes
2. X-Ray/infrared/pancake vision
5. iPad
4. Jetpack
6. An organized 'Cool things to have' list

Organised. Right on.

Anyways, I'd be better off investing my pocket money on better things like a good book or some upgrades for my computer than an ipad. I find it too similar to the iphone the difference being a bigger screen and no call features.

A list to have in your list?

I wouldn't want to invest in the iPad until e-books became more popular and accessible. Plus, there's no Flash (darn Apple) and there are other things I'd opt for.

I must agree.

I would buy an ipad because it's does so much it runs all the Microsoft things (word, excel, powerpoint) , It goes on the internet, it plays special apps and much more.
