yes it happens sometimes, but mostly at school. When im all bored and we have to do a research, i sometimes open the dictionary and look at random words lolz xD I also do it on computer and on wikipedia

Once you find out roots, medical terminology really isn't that hard...but if pronouncing words are a concern for you, it gets a lot worse.
