Meanings You can sign up as a Defender to defend the attacks from other players and make the planet live for longer. Prisoners are the banned people that try to ignore the Rules.

I also would like to add around 15 nuclear-armed battlecruisers with heat resistant rockets and nukes. and give the soldiers heat resistant suits and guns. same to the tanks.
I hire Luke Sky-walker to destroy the death star, the resulting explosion destroys the fleet, along with the coolant. I use mirrors in space to begin reheating the planets surface and stimulate earthquakes to induce volcanic activity.
Dang, stupid Luke Skywalker. He and his friend in that stupid aluminum falcon....... I then create a mobile factory which will create an army of giant robots to destroy the planet. Oh, and I just sent out 4 more Death Stars, and assassinated Luke Skywalker. And launched around 24 DEATH nukes at the planet before running out of cash. Luckily for me, my job pays around 32.7 million a minute. Oh, and i forgot to mention, I just sent out 23 thousand Furbies to scare the crap out out of the defenders.
I fly in my awesome spaceship to where the army Geen has is. Then, I blast out of the spaceship with my Black Beam Sword, then I destroy the death stars from the inside. After that, I plant C4 on the nukes and set them off before they hit the planet. Then I start killing fubies with my Laser Cannon.
