The Planet loses it's Laser Resistance due to it's colonizing!

since the saturn is out gas, i shoot remote-controlled rockets filled with nukes to saturn. as the rockets are near enough to saturn i let them explode (with my remote, the rockets and the nukes are remote-controlled).
That was classical, Saturn is a big planet. The nuke blast is small for Saturn, take something bigger.

One rocket with an extra payload of rocket fuel and a laser. once it is at saturn's rings, it shoots the laser at the extra fuel, making it burst into flame.
Saturn is far from the Sun, the flame extinguishes quickly, making just an explosion. Parts of the laser hit the planet too.

Yes you can, but it will deal less and less damage if you repeat it too much.

fire a meteorite on it (don't know how to spell it right ;P but maybe we can bounce the moon out of his normal way to fire him to saturn
People still haven't invented some technology that can fire the Moon into Saturn. All though it's 2046, the moon is too heavy to be fired. However the Meteorite does few Scars on Saturn.

Updates-The Colonized people of Saturn learned that they are always attacked by Rockets or Explosive Weapons. They quickly build a Fire Shield, that reduces Fire Damage.
-If you destroy Saturn (The Planet), it's rings will collapse too.
-Saturn is far from the Sun, any Flame Burst weapons won't work because the Flame will extinguish in just half of a second...
