I'll use the planet's metal by making a giant Van de Graph generator that creates a static forcefield around the surface of the planet(except for the one landing pad&VandeGraph generator, there are no places to land on the planet, and all objects that are not special((i.e. explosive etc.)) will have no effect((this also means that everything on the planet must be below the electric barrier:underground)))
