so everyone what kinda shows you going to and how big of a show is it. who is in it?
i figured id make it to see what kinda stuff is floating around now adays.
im going to warped in augest here in colorado. i got iron maiden and dream theater coming in june. and i might go to global dance festival in july. check that stuff out cause its all most likely going everywhere in the country
I'm not much of a concert person. They're always so loud! :P
Aside from that point, most of the bands I am fond of are no longer touring, and when they are, their tickets are too expensive anyway. The only concerts I ever seem to make it to are the mediocre bands that nobody has ever heard of.
One of my friends is going to OzzFest and he invited 3 people and not me
I wanna see AC/DC again. They put on one of the greatest shows ever. I've been to a Green Day concert and that was pretty good. As for future shows, I'm not going to any shows in the next few months. I want to see Metallica though.
In the past year I've seen Amon Amarth, Bison B.C., Black Cobra, Evile, High On Fire, Holy Grail, God Dethroned, Korpiklaani, Megadeth, Machine Head, Overkill, Priestess, Suicide Silence, Vader, White Wizzard, Woe of Tyrants, Warbringer and Tyr twice.
Shows at venues like chain reaction and the whiskey a go go are the best. I saw the Cro-mags last year at chain reaction and it was insane, so many stage divers and the pit was insane, probably the best show I've ever been to.
Never been to a concert personally, though I plan on seeing Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax when they roll through Houston September 26th. I can see that being quite awesome. Hopefully. Slayer is apparently playing Seasons in the Abyss front to back, along with some classics. Due to that, I must go. Abso-freaking-lutely must go.
I'm going to the Mayhem Festival, it's gonna be killer. Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, and Hail the Villain(I don't really like Hellyeah, so not putting them). It's gonna be the first concert I've ever gone to, and I'm predicting it's gonna be a big thing. There's a guide for concert survival, too. You should probably take it with a grain of salt, though.
