Welcome to the new Draw that Pokemon!

The old thread was getting quite long, and burdened by Estel decided to make it MS Paint only. We eventually made it all art programs, however it then made the title verrrryyy lonnngggg.

So, this is the brand new fresh clean wiped clear thread, with some ubertastic new rules (basically same as last time)!

Rules:

The pictures must be somehow related to the theme, which is a Pokemon, and must conist mainly of that one. Other pokemon can be included, however it will be the theme pokemon that will be judged.

The pictures must be appropriate, so no Pokefurryness or I herd yu liek mudkipz graphic references.

The prize at the end of each round will be to pick the theme of the next round. There will be no merit prize unless otherwise stated.

Any art program may be used.

Lineart is accepted, as long as it is clearly different to the original drawing. It may be helpful to link to the reference image. However, on this note, entries that are more original and different to the common poses may be likely to do better at judging. BE ORIGINAL!

Please do not copy the drawings of anyone else, as this is plaugerism and is ILLEGAL! If you do so you will be immediately disqualified and futher action may be taken by the Mods. However, if you believe that a picture is copied, please do not make a fuss of it in the thread - instead post a comment on either my profile, Cenere's or Zophia's (as they are the two moderators who frequent this contest most).

Please do not bug the judge about when the judging will be, as this is extremely annoying - and it will turn up eventually, but you must remember that judges do have lives...

If the winner of the previous contest does not post a new theme within FOUR days, then a new one will be chosen by the judge.

I like fallensky's the best but kacboys is also cool. I wish he would have made the leafeon a little more obious.

Well, making Leafeon more obvious would have made others less obvious...

OMG there's still people that play Pokemon? I thought that died out like 5 years ago... But I guess since they did just release a remake for DS...

Take a break and look what thread you are replying to, then reconsider that.
Obviously there are still people playing, considering they are still making more games. I am planning to buy the SS whenever I... get the time.

*yawn* I've just finished my Chem...so lets get this started...

Champion's Exhibit - Cenere

An interesting entry Cen....the first one that has ever been on something other than paper! At first I thought this was toilet paper - until I read your comment about it being on a napkin.

It looks very good, however slightly possessed - what with the blank eyes staring at me and taking away my soul....

First Place - FallenSky

Possum called it correctly...and for that he can have an e-cookie.

The shading on this entry is excellent, it cleary defines every part of the Nunja Eevee's body, especially the muscles. You have also used it well to create good depth.

I am interested to see how it managed to get the buckle done up...

Second Place - Kacboy

First of all, I am curious as to what gender this is...and what the children would be like...

It is quite anice entry, you have managed to integrate all of the various evolutions effectively (although I couldn't pick any...)

The left eye is a bit demented...

Third Place - Zega

I do like the top hat. Very suave. You do a good job at basic shading Zega, something that I can't do!

The eyes are slightly POINTING DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS!

The Psychaduckic Award - Hectichermit

This is an interesting entry...however i do like it. The contrast between the white and the blue makes for a good effect, however I think overall the colour is a bit wishywashy...

I think the face is cute...

The Anorexic Award - GuitarHeroFTW

This is a verrry cute entry! It's Eevee with a beard and is looking at a giant boulder about to fall on its head...like this... (couldn't be bothered shading close to its legs...)

First of all, I am curious as to what gender this is...

Since eevee and its evolutions are mainly male... It is ttly a female.

Good job, Fallensky. Smaller comment while I am at it: The frontlegs look a little awkward to me due to the elbow being where it is.

Now that you mention it, it is true...thank you Cenere.
Now for the next round, the theme will be Victreebel, it's not a hard pokemon to draw and yet, it's one heck of a strange wazoo so enjoy yourelves.
