I have no idea how he got to that. If it was announced but a date was not given, that would be your answer. Though it was not really anounced andd when I searched MW3 up, the most relevant results pointed me to a satirical video from The Onion.

there is a big chance of a modern warfare 3 but all the information on the internet is false. infinity ward itself doesn't even know the date. they probablely haven't even started yet. not even a script. so why start this topic

i love playing MW2 but insted of making a MW3 they should try just making a totally new COD insted of making another sequel to MW

I really doubt they are gonna make a MW3. And besides, Infinity Ward made it official that COD is gonna be subscription based for online play. So why start this topic? Most people buy COD for online, so this topic is a waste of time and Google searching.

Manhunt 2 was banned in Australia and had some of its scenes censored in other countries AFAIK - I doubt it's possible to get a game much more gory than Manhunt 2 past the law and ESRB or whoever the hell deals with this kinda stuff.

And besides, Infinity Ward made it official that COD is gonna be subscription based for online play.


Can't IW just stop asking for more bloody money? Not many games in history (besides the biggest MMORPGs) have asked for subscription fees. If they do do this I hope nobody buys it. I'd love to see that smirk come of IW's faces when they find out there's no income.

They are making a MW3 it will be call of duty 8 developed by sledgehammer games, the end of MW2 was a cliffhanger too so that gives you a clue

i dont think so, and who is sledgehammer games, i never heard of them and i know a lot of them, so i dont think it will be made by them
