I've tried for a long time to hate Coldplay they come across as such smug gits.... but they have some amazing songs; clocks, Yellow, viva la vida are all so great to listen too and strangely fresh sounding too.
They're all douchebags, but they're good musicians. A Rush of Blood to the Head was one of the best albums in a long time, and X&Y wasn't bad either. Viva la Vida was good too, except for the title cut, and Parachutes was okay.
All in all, aRoBttH was their best, and they'll probably never top it.
Their songs are all such BS. I could write better lyrics than theirs. The only reason they're so popular these days is because there are so many idiots who prefer BS lyrics to good ones, because the good ones make them feel more stupid than they actually are.
they are all dueche bags lol. but when they can write most of there songs and not buy all of them like most artists do its hard not to love there music
Armpit, this thread is called "Coldplay Fans!". If your not a fan then need not to post. No one wants a hater in this thread. I honestly like their music. Their lyrics are a little simplistic but sometimes simple is the best. All what matters in music is whether it sounds good.
