You can divert from your mission and become corrupted and work for cartels or take out contracts or you can saty true to your country and try to save someone or you can totally just try to kill everyone or you can...Basically what i am saying is you caan do what you want and ill build onto it the only guidlines are you can only do what the perks allow you to do and what you can think up.
