Lol. Well if you compare it to every Nintendo console made then no, because there is the Wii. But compared to the other version's of the Ds, yes it is, because of the more view you have on the screen.

Exactly, the DSi XL is to big to lug around all the time. But in some cases it does seem better. If you were trying to show someone a Flip-note it'd be nicer to have since it does have a bigger viewing area, but if your playing alone its almost pointless. And since they made it bigger, would it of been THAT HARD to add the Game-Boy slot back?
its kinda stupid all these upgrsdes would make me mad cuase they make the DS and u pay how much for it? then they make you buy the DS light then they make you by the DSI then the DSI XL its kinda a money waster when theres barely any cool upgrades
