Well, I am obviously going to say my favourite cartoon of the 90s would have to be the Rugrats! Reptar FTW!! Strangely Nick decided to pretty much end the series (they are probrably some old reruns running at odd times) and there is nothing wrong with grown men watching cartoons!
That said, I want to see how many of you here loved these things, since most of the cartoons that networks play make me want to gouge my eyes out. angry beavers, rocko's modern life, ren and stimpy (happy happy joy joy),reboot, cow and chicken johnny bravo and ect.
Our cartoons were the best and those who haven't watched em should be ashamed of themselves for not being born earlier.
Um does the old version of Pokemon count? And how come I gotta feeling I'ma get trolled for that? I mean in my opinion it was a good show until it started getting all Disney like.
RugRats were awesome! Rocket Power, I think it was called, was also pretty good. Mummies Alive was also AWESOME
And there is one, but I can't think of the name. But they investigated and had weird adventures. There was a guy that could snarf down tons and tons of burgers! And a red head male with freckles. It looked like a 80s ish diner cartoon but was pretty cool.

Rugrats is definitely up there. Hey arnold is a good cartoon to list, Rocko's modern life! now that show was awesome. But I really like Dexter's Laboratory.
I'd say my all time fav although not considered 90's (maybe more like 60's or somethin?) has to be Tom and Jerry.
