After loading click new game and click on casual. Choose parasite as disease because no-one notices. As soon as you start the game pray that you on and island because later in the game they are hard to reach. No matters though, because this works. Save up atleast 25 points and fast forward through the game. I also forgot to mention get rid of the cause you started with (ect. sneezing - get rid of.) When having got 25 points upgrade cold, hot, moisture and drugs.
Once all countrys are infected, unleash some vomiting, coughing and sneezing for full impact. After waiting for a bit you'll win - you've just go to be patient.
