Can't install Call of duty 6, Unreal tournament 2007 and Red Alert 3 they heve worked when I brought them but now all 3 have missing files when I try to install them and all 3 are on 8,5 GB DVDs, I don't know is that just a coincidence or 8,5 GB DVDs broke easy whit kind of no reason (they don't have any bigger scratches) I have some games on normal DVDs (4,7GB) and on CDs which are full of scratches and they install fine. Im asking you have you had any similar problems and do you know any way to fix it or avoid it, I doubt that this all is coincidence

If the discs that arent working that have scratches, id sugges using scratch sealing on it. might work.

If you store more memory on the same confined space then it'd just be more compact. If it's more compact then the scratch takes more away.

Your console (what console is this, by the way?) is probably stuffed full of memory, and has no room left for any 8.5 GB DVDs. How many GBs can your console hold, and how many GBs does it already have?

Can someone move this to the Tavern?


Would go better in the Video Games section, because it does pertain to videogames.
