The worlds natural resources have been depleted. Oil wells have run dry. The last of the trees have been cut down. Nuclear power plants across the world are falling apart, being destroyed by terrorists and under-ground groups. The nations went to war, fighting over the resources held in warehouses and fallout shelters. Huge cities like NYC and LA have fallen to rubble. People are trying to run away to the country, find a way of survival. Electric plants are in a state of dispear, falling apart at the seams. There isn't much time left to try to restore order, and it may be too late.
On the island of Cuba, South of Florida, things go particularly bad. The U.S. occupied the island (the soldiers had to paddle the whole way there ) and criminals are looting all hidden supplies. The city of Havana caught fire, and with no firefighters to stop it, more than half of the city was destroyed.
