Ok, so a friend of mine told me that there was this theory that the colors light blue and soft orange are kind of programmed to our minds
The color pale blue is supposed to make us more awake and the color soft yellow is supposed to make us sleepy
I just thought this was kind of interesting and that i would share it with everyone
Try it! The color blue actually made me more awake one night when i was tired (the screen on my tv was blue and i looked at that)
