AG might not seem active, but the vast majority of people who come here don't have accounts. Like that site says, over a million views a day. That's a lot.
Ads and sponsorships pay for AG. I don't really care much, so long as it stays running.
Although it seems like there are 200 active forum users, that partially true. Although you can't see them, guest also check out the forum every so often. And many, many more just play the games (Over 1 Million).
chances are that Dan probably has a job on the side to cover his expenses because, i don't thinks its possible to earn a very large profit while paying employees, paying for hosting costs etc.
But definitely not the forums... I mean seriously, hardly anyone posts!
Nah not really. I see more people with thousands of posts.
The only thing I see with Kong that is better than AG is it's somewhat more active community, and the fact that its web development is faster than ours. I joined up with Kong back in Nov. 2007 and I can say when you put each site's web development side by side and compare 'em, Kongregate has put in more. I hope to see AG 3.0 putting an end to the apparent lethargy.

Exactly. I find it lonely that only a hundred or two people commit to the forums, when this site gets two million pageclicks a day. Hundreds of thousands of people play here, but few of them venture to the forums.

I kind of forgot if he's full time with AG. I think he is.
