AG is currently an all English site. Even though it would be cool to have a theme like that, there are probably other languages that would want the same thing. To translate the entire site to different languages as well as find reliable mods that can moderate an international forum would be too much work.
And if I was actually able to write in German, and not just read it, I would have replied in such, but oh well.
