Well, i really liked super smash bros brawl for Wii, and i thought, why doesn't sony or microsoft make a game like that? it could include guys like Solid Snake(MGS), Master Chief(Halo), Gabe Logan(Syphon Filter), or Wayne(Lost Planet) and make a huge multi million dollar free for all third or first person shooter similar to SSBB. The pros are definetly better than the cons, so why not?
Nintendo would never agree to this, of course. They would lose a lot of their profits, because SSBB is one of their most popular games, and it's one of the only reasons a fair amount of gamers actually use a Wii. Converting it to a 360 game would make Nintendo go bankrupt.
the xbox only has a few yeah, and most are all shooting people so they cant do much cause that would be unfair. plus making a super shoot bros whatever would be copying and i think that counts as plajorism

Yes definetly! Make an indie FPS/3PS with like ten characters from Xbox FPS/3PS/action games, submit it to the indie games, and see what happens, good luck with that.
There are a lot of usable characters if you think about it, not just from shooters. Also, there could be chars from original xbox games like KOTOR. Maybe even some NFL stars from Madden running around with like, Desert Eagles. Go on, just imagine it. Brett Favre. Clutching a .44 Magnum in his hands. Crouched in a dark alley. All of a sudden, Master Chief pops out with a plasma rifle. They blow each others' guts out. The victor moves on to destroy more hapless victims...
There could also be movie characters from movies like The Matrix, Indiana Jones, The Matrix, Tomb Raider, The Matrix, 007, The Matrix, or Mission Impossible. Oh, and did I mention The Matrix? I don't think I did.
