I was recently on Youtube watching a video the other day. It was called Pokemon What Happened To You? It was about the new era of Pokemon versus the older version with the old Gameboy, what does everyone else think about it though?
Here is the link to the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=It6xj40UVRM

If your 13 and you still like Pokemon well Grow Up & Get A Life.
Two things. 1. Could anybody give me a definition on how "a life" should be as well as "growing up", considering I believe being on a university on the soon to be 5th semester, working and living alone somewhat far away from family and everyone else that could help with anything, and still keeping alive is pretty much as much live as most people have. Same goes with growing up, really. So please, I want to know what life I should be getting, since a regular life like anyone else's apparently is not enough, and is not a way of growing up either, apparently.
2. People saying to others that they should grow up because they don't agree with something, and it annoys them someone can enjoy something they consider childish for whatever reason are often the ones that need to "get a life and grow up", as intolerance often is a sign that they sit in front of the computer, or inside their house with their family all the time, and does not come out around other people with different opinions than themselves, and get a higher tolerance against others so they don't end up without social skills at all (tolerance against others is a social skill and rather basal for human beings). Just saying.
Anyway, still in a state of horrified amusement by the, in my opinion, ugly and oddly designed 5th generation of pokemon. The starters look like misbreed pokemon, and the stars of the next movie looks creepy and more like a fakemon than anything else. The horrors of people doing it for the money, I presume.
It's all about nostalgia and "originality". You don't see younglings (4-8 years old) complaining about generation 4. Though I have to say that Game Freak should listen to their fans, they're trying to improve it. Better graphics, older characters (16 - 18 years old!), and so on. Yet, I have some complaints, one being that the "baby", or "young" Pokemon, are so complicated. They should make simple designs for Pokemon in the beginning of an evolution line.
The Pokemon anime to me is awfully boring and corny, but it's for kids, so watcha gonna do.. The games though, anyone can play it, young or old. As for people so say that Pokemon is for children, I doubt they've played the games. It's violence, if anything. Let's return to the main question now; what makes a Pokemon original? The answer in a nutshell is this.. Originality is based solely on whether or not the idea is fresh and unique. *yawns* *sits down*
