This would encourage more people to spam, and it isn't acceptable even in designated sections. This would be somewhat of a waste of a new feature, because it would make people think it's okay to spam, and it would be hell to moderate. If it's all spam, the mods wouldn't necessarily moderate it, and that would lead to people posting inappropriate pictures, which is not good.
The bottom line is, spam is not good and it shouldn't be encouraged anywhere on this site. If you have a desire to spam, I recommend you do it elsewhere, where it isn't prohibited.

Wouldn't that be the entire spam section? It sounds to me like you're suggesting a whole subforum for spam, and if the mods just delete all the spam threads, it would be complete waste, wouldn't it?

A quick answer? I would not call that a quick answer at all. A quick answer would be one or maybe two lines. 6 lines is usually not a quick answer, even with my posts.

I'm not being mean. I'm stating what would theoretically happen if this new subforum were to be added. It's only mean in your point of view because it logically contradicts your suggestion. I agree like, 90% with Ernie. Spamming a forum can be fun, but if the mods deleted the SPAM in the AREA DESIGNATED FOR SPAM, what the heck's the point?

Being banned won't stop people (or more accurately, trolls) from flooding a spam forum, or any forum, with that kind of BS.
I'm not sure about you, but if I see a person get banned for posting a inappropriate picture, I would be SURE not to. You probably wouldn't care, because you only have 10 posts.

Scrap the spam forum, and put in one for locked threads. Could make some important old threads easier to find. Or it could help the sub-forums be less cluttered.
this has been suggested before. And moderators have answered it pretty much the same every time:
No form of spam is allowed anywhere on AG, in a special forum or in general.
Just delete all the threads that are totally spam.
The mods do that. And users on AG are smart about that, there haven't been many incidents of major spam threads.
Move the ones that are not.
Some locked threads, especially on the SS forum, are good threads that have been thoughtfully answered or completed. They should not be put in a forum with real spam, as they aren't spam.
