I've seen mods do some pretty weird things, like the "WHO DID THIS" sticky or the WoM, but this one just looks like an abuse of power.

Doesn't even look like one of the mods did it, but who else would have done it?

Mods do lots of stuff like this. Like on the count to one hundred thread for example.

Does it really matter? They changed a name to make more people wander in in hopes of them actually reading about making 'better' topics.

The reason they did it is so that people would actually click it and read it. It was a good idea too because hardly any thread in the tavern follows the guidelines set by that thread.

@201 on your computer there should be a button that says prnt scrn hit that then open paint then click edit and click paste and the screen should show up However that is for windows, I don't know if mac is any different.

Yes. Devoidless simply wanted to attract more people. Since putting up a "Thread Rules and Regulations" thread would be ignored by many who are lazy. A misleading thread disguised as spam can be used to attract also attract the lazy fools out there, and the overeager spam hunters who go to spam threads and flame at the OP. I've seen that same done by several other moderators.

I see no abuse of power here.
