I LOVE THIS SHOW! I was so mad when I was not able to see all of the opening episode! Can anyone tell me who won the two fights?
Also, the point of this thead is for you to discuss wheter or not the show is realistic or not. You can also veote for your most favorite Warrior on the show so far. I will keep a tally.
I thought that the spartan won, but yeah, the digital fights are kind of screwy sometimes. In the Knight versus Pirate, the pirate got beaten in the head with teh mornig star and then got right back up. He also seemed to have an endless supply of guns.
I didn't like the first of the new series (SWat v GSG-9) they were to far too similar as the sniper round showed it could ahve gone either way and the results were close as well in the end.
Some of the episdoes for the new season look awesome, like Aztec Jaguar vs. Zande Warrior, but tohers looks a bit iffy, like Roman Centurion vs. Rajput (depending on what era rajput they use) and Ming Warrior vs. Musketeer cos as shown with the pirates guns win. Nazi SS vs. Viet Cong might be very intersting though I can't see the SS winning he'l just be marching along then a bush will shoot him and the VC will walk home laughing >_>
Because the ninja would kill the Spartan in the night while he was sleeping.
That's a rubbish point (sorry) the Spartan could kill th Ninja in his sleep.....I could kill someone while their sleeping. Sure the whole thing is hypothetical but you need some parameters.
The most fail part about it was that Spartan just had to blink 3 times before he could see again through crushed glass.
The end battle is just to display all weapons in use and to look interesting, it is the product of the computer tests, it does not affect the results at all.
yes we all know ninjas are known for being bad azs asasins but i'm talking bout if the spartan knew the ninja was there, I have to admit that Black Egg is devastating, but if the spartan can avoid that it's a no contest
If the spartan was prepared to take on the ninja, the ninja would just run away. He would probably aleady have a hiding place picked out. That is what ninjas do. They strike fast and then run away. Open combat is more of a samurai thing.
That's why this show makes no sense, because it is comparing people with two completely different purposes. Like this current battle with Atilla and Alexander.
@ Pixie Actually, I doubt a spartan would be able to (or willing to) sneak up on a ninja. Spartans spent all of their time training for combat, not stealth. Ninjas set up a wide arrray of counter-stealth traps, thereby making it even harder to sneak up on them. Furthermore, the ninja's primary weapon was disguise. They would often learn other professions so as to better blend into thier surroundings. It is doubtful whether or not a Spartan would even be able to recognize a ninja.
