Well it depends. I always separate the COD franchise into two sections, the under-appreciated section (1, UO, 2 and 3) and the over-appreciated section (4, 5, MW2). If we were comparing MoH to the under-appreciated CODs, I'd go with COD all the way. If I were to compare MoH to the recent CODs I'd say MoH is better. I don't really like comparing franchises because most franchises have their ups-and-downs.
If you're buying CODs I'd suggest 1, 2, 3 and 4. If you're buying Medal of Honour games, I'd suggest Medal of Honour: Airborne and Medal of Honour: Allied Assault. If you haven't got a PC then you'll have to go for Medal of Honour, which has not yet been released but looks like it will be pretty nice.

First 3 I enjoyed more but if Jakeb hasn't got a PC he ain't going to be playing them.
All war games in my opinion descended from Medal of Honor. Both games are fun except since Call of Duty is newer and it has better graphics, weapons, campaigns, etc. I'd have to go with Call of Duty by a long shot. It's much more fun to play then Medal of Honor. But if they came out with a new Medal of Honor game then THAT'S a topic! Call of Duty vs. Medal of Honor - Call of Duty would always come out victorious and pretty much every aspect. Mainly because it's just like an upgraded version of Medal of Honor.

Yes, I do divide the CoD series that way too. After Modern Warfare, CoD exploded. I haven't played 1, UO and 2 however. Only the older MoH games. I'll get to playing them sometime. I know that they're really good.

Those are the two best games to get. You could also get some expansion packs, but that might not be the best option.

My suggestion is that you do some of your own research and don't hesitate to play some of the older games.
Well, the last time MoH game was released was 2007 so the newer CoD games are bound to have better graphics. But the new and yet to be released MoH game has impressive graphics too.

Did you bother reading or understanding his post? He said the MoH games looked like they had impressive graphics - whether or not impressive means better than COD's or not is an entirely different matter and he didn't specify whether they were or not. If he had said that they were better than COD's it could have been through E3, Screenshots, concept art or leaked video footage.
However, you shouldn't decide which game you'll buy based on its graphics. My favourite game has 1999 graphics and I can tell you, models and textures were not great back then. O_o
the newer COD MW2 is 50$ WOW well i save up and buy a COD and a MOH
Do not buy COD MW2 for $50. Just trust me on that. Maybe if it reaches $10 or $20 consider buying it, but just stay away from that game and its price tag for now. $50 is such a rip-off. It is nothing compared to older CODs.

Judging from the previews and trailers, the graphics look impressive. Since we don't have much on the game yet, accurate comparisons with the graphics of CoD's newest games can't be done. That is why I didn't say which was better.
Buying a game solely out of the goodness of its visuals is not a good idea. Games are played because of their gameplay.
I think your talking about the Medal of Honor coming out soon well then they're kinda equal. Although if you mean one of the old Medal of Honors well then its a definitive Call of Duty.
