I usually like the NFS games with the cops. Although, I like NFS-Most Wanted and NFS-Undercover the most. And my favorite car? Hm...I like Porsche Carrea GT, Viper, and the Corvette. I like a lot of other cars though...
Of the ones I have played, Most Wanted was my favorite. And my favorite car, hmm... I used the viper, mulitple porsches, ford gt, corvette, multiple lamborghinis, and the bmw. I think that was all the cars I used anyways. I don't really have a favorite because I used them for different races, if I needed top speed I used the viper, for cornering I used bmw or lamborghini, for a mix I used the rest.
