And i was wondering if someone know how i can get it ?
Torrent it. Specifically UTorrent. It's probably the best software. Don't bother with Limewire though, as that's practically malware, plus you can't find anything but very well known songs. And before someone gets on my back about illegality, there are plenty of legit torrent sources.
To supplement Drace's list (although I personally would steer very clear of basshunter and also point out Mt Eden is dubstep, very different from electronic)
I'd go for some chemical brothersdaft punk, and also j4js, some frauenarzt. That last one, too funny. Heard it in a cab when I was last in Berlin. The Germans went absolutely mad for it. Epic lol.
Dubstep is electronic music... There's quite a different variety of electronic music (trance, drum n bass, psychedelic, techno, dubstep, hardstyle, jumpstyle, club, dance, disco, etc).
In the very basic sense. Electro is what you seemed to be referring to. Dub really isn't well liked by most outside the UK, so it seemed odd you'd post it in a thread with an OP containing cheesy house.
But if that's what you want I have a lot of good stuff, being a Londoner. Dubstep are dnb is my faves. I don't go in for too much electro or trance. I leave that to the continentals.
Ooo By electro I thought he was just referring to "electronic" music.
But yeah, I don't have much dubstep. Just bassnectar and Mt.Eden's albums. DnB I got quite a lot of. Listening to much of it makes my head hurt though.
Most of the time I just like listening to ambient trance with vocals though. Stuff like Kaskade, Armin van buuren, Filo and Peri, Jes, Above and Beyond, John O Callaghan, etc.

Yea, I can see how this happened.

For a London flavour try Chase and Status - Saxon. or breakage. I don't mind Mt Eden, but he's gone pretty far from the roots of dubstep, which is fine, but not my thing.

Whenever I say I tell people I listen to dnb, they always say that. Most people should listen to liquid dnb to get them into it. I love logistics for that, before going onto more hardstyle stuff like Alix Perez.
But I could go on forever with this stuff, those are just artists to get you started.
